Customers are the users of the cards issued through the platform. Creating a customer is a fundamental step in managing card usage and transactions. Follow this step-by-step guide to create a customer on the Sudo dashboard.

Step 1: Log in to Your Sudo Dashboard

To begin, log in to your Sudo dashboard.

Step 2: Access the Customers Section

Once logged in, navigate to the left side of the dashboard and select the Customers option. This will open up the customer management section.

Step 3: Click on Create Customer

On the top left corner of the screen, click on the Create Customer button. This will initiate the customer creation process.

Step 4: Choose Customer Type

Select the customer type from the options displayed. This could include individual customers or business entities, depending on your specific requirements.

Step 5: Fill in the KYC Form

Provide the necessary information in the Know Your Customer (KYC) form. This will typically include identification details such as the National Identification Number (NIN) or Bank Verification Number (BVN) for individual customers.

Step 6: Complete the Customer Creation Process

After filling in the required details, review the information for accuracy. Once confirmed, click on the Create button to finalize the customer creation process.
