Managing a business requires efficient collaboration and delegation of tasks. With Sudo Africa's user-friendly dashboard, adding administrators to your team is a breeze. This article will walk you through the simple steps to add administrators on your Sudo dashboard, empowering your team to work together seamlessly.

Step 1: Log in to Your Sudo Dashboard

To get started, log in to your Sudo dashboard.

Step 2: Access the Settings Menu

After logging in, navigate to the left side of the dashboard. Scroll down and select the Settings option.

Step 3: Go to the Team Section

Within the Settings menu, locate the Team section. Click on it to access the list of current team members and administrators.

Step 4: Invite a New Member

To add a new administrator, click on the Invite Member button located on the right side of the Team tab. This will initiate the process of inviting a team member.

Step 5: Fill in the Details

Kindly provide the team member's email address in the designated field. This will ensure that the invite is sent to the correct recipient.

Step 6: Assign the Role

Next, select the appropriate role for the team member you are inviting. Depending on the administrative tasks they need to perform, you can assign them as an administrator, developer, viewer, or support.

Step 7: Send the Invite

Once you have filled in the team member's email address and assigned their role, click on the Send Invite button to send the invitation. The team member will receive an email with the invite to join the Sudo dashboard.

Step 8: Confirmation and Access

After receiving the invite, the team member can confirm their acceptance and create their account on the Sudo dashboard. Once they complete this step, they will have access to the administrative features according to the role you assigned.
