If you haven't received the default PIN for your Safe Haven MFB card or if you need to retrieve it, the process is quick and straightforward. Here's what you need to do:
Step 1: Log into your Safe Haven MFB Dashboard and Locate the 'Cards' section:
To begin the process, visit the Safe Haven MFB website and log into your account using your credentials. Once you have successfully logged in, navigate to the left-hand side of your screen if you are using a desktop. On a mobile device, click on the hamburger menu button located at the top left-hand corner of your phone screen. Look for the Cards option and click on it.
Step 2: Select the relevant card:
In the Cards section, you will find a list of your active cards. Identify the card for which you want to resend the default PIN and click on the card image to access its settings.
Step 3: Resend the Default PIN:
Within the card settings, you should see a button labeled "Resend Default PIN." Click on this button to initiate the process of resending the default PIN.
Step 4: Check your registered email and phone number:
Safe Haven MFB will send the default PIN to your registered email address and phone number. Check both your email inbox and phone's message folder for the 4-digit default PIN. Make sure to note it down for future reference.
Step 5: Change your PIN at an ATM:
Visit the nearest ATM, insert your card into the machine, and follow the instructions on the screen to change your default PIN to a new, personalized one. Choose a PIN that is secure and easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
