After successfully completing your onboarding process on the Sudo dashboard and issuing your Visa/Mastercard virtual USD cards, the next step is to fund your Dollar settlement account. This article will guide you through the simple steps required to fund your account and start making transactions seamlessly.

Step 1: Contact our Sales Representative or Account Manager

Reach out to our sales representative or your dedicated account manager to obtain Sudo's wire transfer details. They will provide you with the necessary information to initiate the funding process.

Step 2: Make a Wire Transfer and Send Payment Confirmation

Using the wire transfer details provided, proceed to make a wire transfer to Sudo’s account. Ensure the accuracy of the transfer and retain a copy of the payment confirmation.

Step 3: Send Payment Confirmation

Send the payment confirmation via email or through the designated Slack channel created specifically for you. This step is crucial for confirming the payment and expediting the funding process.

Once the payment has been confirmed, your Dollar settlement account will be successfully funded. You can now generate your virtual USD cards and enjoy a seamless experience with your account for transactions.
