In the unfortunate situation that your physical card was stolen or lost, or your virtual card information was compromised, this article will guide you through the simple steps on how to terminate a card on Root by Sudo.

Step 1: Log in to your Root by Sudo app

The first step is to open the Root by Sudo app on your device and log in.

Step 2: Select the card you want to terminate

Once you are logged in, you will see your available cards. Select the card that you want to terminate by clicking on it.

Step 3: Click on 'Card Options'

After selecting the card, click on the 'Card Options' button. This will open a menu of options for managing your card.

Step 4: Select 'Terminate Card'

From the list of options, select 'Terminate Card'. This will disable and block the card immediately.

Step 5: Confirm termination

After selecting the 'Terminate Card' option, a prompt will appear asking you to confirm the action. Click on the 'Yes' button to confirm the termination of the card.
