After funding your Root by Sudo virtual USD VISA/Mastercard, you may choose to make payments or withdraw the funds back to your default NGN Verve card. This article will discuss the step-by-step process of withdrawing funds from a USD card on Root by Sudo.

Step 1: Log in to your Root by Sudo app

To begin the process, open your Root by Sudo app and log in to your account.

Step 2: Select the USD card you want to withdraw from

Once you have logged in to your account, select the USD card you want to withdraw funds from on the dashboard where you will see all the USD cards you have added to your account.

Step 3: Click on the ‘withdraw’ option and input your desired amount

After selecting the USD card you want to withdraw from, click on the ‘withdraw’ option. Input the amount you want to withdraw in USD. The exchange rate, service charge, and total debit amount in Naira will be displayed. Ensure you have sufficient funds in your USD card to cover the amount you wish to withdraw and the service charge.

Step 4: Your Verve Naira default card will be credited with the equivalent amount

After inputting the desired amount and reviewing the details, click on the ‘withdraw’ button to initiate the transaction. The amount in USD will be converted to Naira at the prevailing exchange rate and the service charge deducted. The Naira equivalent will be credited to your Verve Naira default card, which you can then withdraw or use to make purchases.
